The BSMT studios range from 250–1000 sq ft. and start at $450. There there are larger studios offered in the building and about 250 artists working across Mana’s seven floors. BSMT Studios have polished cement floors, with and some without windows, shared utility sinks, a refrigerator, microwave, and vending machines.
The building has a Cafe open Monday–Friday 10am–3pm, a theater, dance studio, 9 semi-permanent exhibitions including works by Dan Flavin, John Chamberlain, Fred Sandback, Arnulf Rainer, ongoing cultural programming—including performances, live music, exhibition openings, lectures, yoga, life drawing, professional development and more.
Mana is an easy ten-minute walk from the Journal Square PATH station. The PATH can be picked up at World Trade Center and several other locations across downtown Manhattan. If you are driving, we have a free public parking lot located on our campus.
