The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is often a gallery’s first point of introduction to ArtCloud. Our SDR team is focused on identifying, researching, qualifying and making contact with prospective galleries. Identifying the right gallery customers for ArtCloud is the most important first step in our sales process, and that qualification is critical to targeting our future marketing and sales efforts.
Sales Development Representative Core Responsibilities
Acquire and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of ArtCloud product portfolio in order to be a reliable customer resource for galleries
Through ArtCloud training, learn Hubspot CRM system
Sales Development Representative Prospecting / Lead Generation
Create target prospect gallery lists from internal sources
Research and evaluate additional leads/prospects through web research
Sales Development Representative Qualifying Leads and Updating Prospect Records
During research phase, update Hubspot records to update location, gallery segment, and all available contact information
As part of qualification process, Profile strategic accounts and Identify key decision makers at gallery and add contacts with titles, emails to Hubpsot
Maintain accurate records for leads determined to be unqualified / not a fit as well to minimize mistargeting in future outreach
