Today’s organizational challenges are more complex than ever. The best creative leaders balance strong business-savvy with an inventive vision. This workshop will provide insight on proven strategies to help participants make possible more creative and challenging projects that develop their skills and help them stand out at work. This TED-style session aims to cover topics like: taking risks, recovering after failure, communicating new ideas clearly, identifying existing expectations and priorities, and increasing revenue and efficiency.
